Easy to put up, take down,lots of headroom, held up fine in the thunderstorm with no leaks and lots of wind. Instructions are very poorly written and sparse but after setting it up the first time, it's a breeze after that. We didn't carry it so I don't know how well it would do backpacking. This review is from: Sierra Designs Zeta 3 Tent - 3 Person/3 Season (Apparel) - Setup is easy (only 2 poles!) although it's 'unconventional' compared to a basic dome tent so try once or twice to get the hang of it. -Very light materials and everything feels like it's well made. -tonnes of mesh, great air flow -I like the coloring, this is a good looking tent.
